摘要 以某轻型货车为研究对象,根据疲劳损伤寿命相等原则,通过试验样车采集试验场与用户道路的路谱数据,利用Miner线性疲劳累积损伤理论求取各种路面下的疲劳寿命,构建试验场—用户损伤关联模型,最后求出试验场综合加速系数为58.37。并对试验场制动考核不足这一特点提出了补足方案。 This paper takes a light truck as the research object.According to the principle of equal fatigue damage life,the road spectrum data of the test field and the user's road are collected through the test sample vehicle,and the Miner linear fatigue cumulative damage theory is used to obtain the fatigue life under various roads to construct the test field-user damage correlation model,and finally the comprehensive acceleration coefficient of the test field is 58.37.A supplementary plan is proposed for the feature of insufficient braking assessment in the proving ground.
