摘要
以XK715D数控铣床工作台为研究对象,先将SolidWorks建立的三维工作台导入到ABAQUS软件中进行最大载荷下的力学分析,对最大应力和最大变形量进行计算,其次对铣床工作台进行模态分析,得到前6阶固有频率和振型。在初始的工作台上进行结构的改进和优化设计,为了使其结构更加合理,设计了3种不同的方案。最后综合分析工作台的最大变形量和固有频率,确定一个最优的设计方案,以确保在实际加工过程中工作台有更好的性能。
The XK715D milling machine worktable as the research object,the three-dimensional worktable established by SolidWorks is imported into the ABAQUS software for mechanical analysis under the maximum load,the maximum stress and maximum deformation are calculated,then modal analysis is carried out on the milling machine worktable to obtain the first six order natural frequency and mode shape.In the initial workbench structure improvement and optimization design,in order to make its structure more reasonable,the design of three different schemes are designed.Finally,the maximum stress,strain and natural frequency of the worktable are analyzed comprehensively to determine an optimal design scheme,so as to ensure better performance of the worktable in the actual machining process.
