With the development of automobile industry, more users pay attention to the perceptual quality,the improvement of perceptual quality in automobile design became more important. Comparison and analysis, this paper combs and discusses the key points of interior perceptual quality design from the aspects of appearance, odor, touch, sound, convenience and comfort. The interior perceptual quality design method is clarified, and the specific design verification and confirmation means, virtual review and real review, especially the interior hard mold verification method. Specific measures are given to improve the perceptual quality design of automotive interior, which enriches the design methods and provides an effective solution for this field.
