摘要
车内水切设计不合理,不仅影响装配性能,还会对车门玻璃升降性能造成影响。文章通过对车辆内水切研究,并利用有限元分析软件对内水切结构进行辅助设计,以满足车辆对内水切外观及功能需求,为以后内水切设计提供参考。
The unreasonable design of seal internal waist not only affects the assembly performance, but also affects the glass lifting system. By studying the seal internal waist of vehicles, and using the finite element analysis software to assist the design of seal internal waist structure, the external and functional requirements can be achieved, providing reference for the future seal internal waist design.
