摘要
大数据、区块链、人工智能等新兴前沿科技为金融市场以及金融服务的发展提供了新的机遇,也带来前所未有的挑战。为顺应这一时代趋势,我国部分高校在金融科技课程建设与人才培养模式方面做出了诸多实践和探索,但由于传统基层学术组织形态制约、科教融合发展不足、产教协同步调不一致等因素,金融科技课程建设与人才培养面临不少问题。文章建议高校应从升级人才培养理念、建成交叉学科师资融合培育长效机制、优化人才培养方案、打造跨学科复合课程群、构筑产教融合联盟等方面,对金融科技课程设置与人才培养进行深入改革与适应性创新。
In recent years,leading edge technologies such as big data,block chain and artificial intelligence not only provide new opportunities for the development of financial market and financial services,but also brings unprecedented challenges.To adapt to this trend,some universities in China have made a lot of practice and exploration in the curriculum construction and talent cultivation.However,due to the constraints of traditional academic organization,the lack of integrated development of science and education,and the inconsistent between industry and education,fintech curriculum construction and talent cultivation are facing many problems.This paper suggests that universities should upgrade the concept of talent cultivation,establish a long-term mechanism for the integration of interdisciplinary teachers,optimize talent training programs,create interdisciplinary composite courses,and build industry-education integration alliance,so as to promote the fintech curriculum and talent cultivation for in-depth reform and adaptive innovation.
