习近平法治思想融入高校思政课教学探究——以“思想道德修养与法律基础”课为例

On Integration of Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law into Teaching of Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities--Taking“Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Foundation”as an Example

作为新时代马克思主义中国化的理论研究成果,习近平法治思想具有丰富的内容与清晰的逻辑。将其融入高校思政课教学,不仅能够增强大学生法治意识,促进大学生全面发展,而且也能够促进全面依法治国和中国特色社会主义法治国家的建设。以“思想道德修养与法律基础”课为例,探讨如何实现习近平法治思想融入基础课教学。阐述习近平法治思想融入基础课教学的重要意义和内容,从教育主体、教学内容和教育载体等维度提出建议,以使大学生具备理性的法治意识,实现高校思政课立德树人的根本任务。

As the theoretical research achievement of Sinicization of Marxism in the new era,Xi Jinping thought on rule of law has rich content and clear logic.Integrating it into the ideological and political courses and teaching in colleges and universities can not only enhance college students awareness of the rule of law,promote the all-round development of college students,but also improve the comprehensive rule of law and the construction of a socialist country with the rule of law with Chinese characteristics.This paper takes the“ideological and moral cultivation and legal foundation”(hereinafter referred to as“Basic Course”)as an example to explore how to integrate Xi Jinping s rule of law into the Basic Course teaching.This paper mainly expounds the significance and content of Xi Jinping s rule of law thought into Basic Course teaching,and puts forward reasonable suggestions from the dimensions of education subject,teaching content and education carrier,so that college students can have a rational sense of the rule of law and realize the task of cultivating people in ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.
