发达国家职前教师实践教学能力的培养策略及其启示

摘要 职前实践教学能力的提升,受益者是基础教育领域,提升途径主要依托高师院校。对照发达国家的改革经验,我国应尽快改革职前教师实践教学培养策略,抓住我国师范专业认证的“牛鼻子”,探索国家教师资格证考试与职前教师实践教学能力的关系,更新教师教育类课程,完善教育实习模式,加强职能部门在基础教育与高师院校的协调能力,共同保障师范生实践教学能力的达成。 The improvement of pre-service practical teaching ability will benefit the field of basic education,and the way of improvement mainly depends on the normal colleges.In the light of the reform experience of developed countries,China should reform the strategy of training pre-service teachers in practical teaching as soon as possible,and grasp the“ox-nose”of professional certification of teachers in China,to explore the relationship between the national teacher qualification examination and the practical teaching ability of pre-service teachers,to renew the curriculum of teacher education,to perfect the mode of educational practice,and to strengthen the coordination ability of the functional departments between the basic education and normal colleges and universities,to guarantee the accomplishment of normal school students practical teaching ability.
