“1+X”证书制度下高职会计专业教学改革研究

Research on Teaching Reform of Accounting Major in Higher Vocational Colleges under“1+X”Certificate System

随着社会经济的日益发展,市场对人才及其专业能力的需求也在不断变化。2019年1月,国务院颁布的《国家职业教育改革实施方案》首次提出要启动“1+X”证书制度试点工作,深化复合型技术技能人才培养模式变革,鼓励职业院校学生在取得学历证书的同时获得职业技能等级证书,增加就业创业竞争力。介绍“1+X”证书制度的内涵与意义,剖析“1+X”证书制度下高职会计专业课程教学存在的问题,并提出“1+X”证书制度下加强专业教学改革的具体措施。

With the development of social economy,the market demand for talents and their professional ability is also changing.In January 2019,the State Council promulgated“the national plan for the implementation of the reform of vocational education”,which for the first time called for the launching of the“1+x”certificate system as a pilot project to deepen the reform of the training model for talents with multi-disciplinary technical skills,students of vocational schools are encouraged to obtain vocational skill level certificates as well as academic certificates,so as to increase their competitiveness in employment and entrepreneurship.This paper introduces the connotation and significance of the“1+X”certificate system,and analyzes the problems existing in the course teaching of accounting specialty in higher vocational colleges under the“1+X”certificate system.Finally,it puts forward some concrete measures on how to strengthen the professional teaching reform under the“1+X”certificate system.
