摘要
为确认槽式太阳能热发电站中太阳岛的集热器回路的结构强度及密封性,需在施工时对集热器回路进行压力试验,本文分别对采用除盐水或导热油的水压试验和采用氮气或压缩空气的气压试验进行了分析及对比,在综合考虑了试验成本、工艺复杂度和对集热器回路造成的危害等因素后,最终选用压缩空气作为介质进行压力试验。根据相关计算结果和试验程序,在保证压缩空气油水分离质量要求的前提下,在中广核德令哈50 MW槽式太阳能热发电站的施工中,成功对集热器回路进行了以压缩空气为介质的的压力试验,为今后同类项目的施工提供了参考。
In order to confirm the structural strength and tightness of collector loops of solar island in trough solar thermal power station,it is necessary to carry out a pressure test on the collector loops.This article analyzes and compares the hydraulic test using desalinated water or heat transfer oil and the air pressure test using nitrogen or compressed air.After comprehensively considering the test cost,process complexity,and the hazards to the collector loop and other factors,the compressed air is used in pressure test.According to the relevant calculation results and test procedures,under the premise of ensuring the quality of compressed air oil-water separation,during the China Guangdong Nuclure Power Delingha 50 MW through solar thermal power station,the pressure test of the collector loops using compressed air as the medium was successfully carried out,which provided a reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
