摘要
研究高温紧张热处理下预加张力对高强阻燃聚酯工业丝结构与性能的影响。采用0.05 cN/dtex、0.10 cN/dtex、0.20 cN/dtex、0.40 cN/dtex、0.50 cN/dtex和0.70 cN/dtex预加张力,在195℃下对高强阻燃聚酯工业丝和高强普通聚酯工业丝热处理5 min,对这两种工业丝的结晶度、强伸性能及干热收缩率等进行测试分析。结果表明:当预加张力增加到0.4 cN/dtex时,两种聚酯工业丝的结晶度与双折射率明显增大,强度和模量提高,尺寸基本无变化,当张力继续增大后干热收缩率出现负值。认为:紧张热处理后高强阻燃聚酯工业丝的结晶取向、力学性能与尺寸稳定性的变化规律与高强普通聚酯工业丝相似,具有较高的抗张力特性和耐热稳定性;在后加工时可以通过增加预加张力来改善高强阻燃聚酯工业丝应用服役性能。
Effect of pre-tension on structure and property of high strength flame retardant polyester industrial yarn under high temperature intense heat treatment was studied.Pre-tensions of 0.05 cN/dtex,0.10 cN/dtex,0.20 cN/dtex,0.40 cN/dtex,0.50 cN/dtex and 0.70 cN/dtex were used to treat high strength flame retardant polyester industrial yarn and high strength ordinary industrial yarns at 195℃and the heat treatment time were5 minutes.Crystallinity,tensile property and dry heat shrinkage rate of the two industrial yarns were tested and analyzed.The results showed when pre-tension was increased to 0.4 cN/dtex,crystallinity and birefringence of the two polyester industrial yarns were increased significantly,strength and modulus were increased and there was basically no change in size.When the tension was increased continuously,dry heat shrinkage rate appeard negative value.It is considered that crystalline orientation,mechanical property and dimensional stability of high strength flame retardant polyester industrial yarn after intense heat treatment are similar to those of high strength ordinary polyester industrial yarn,which has higher tension resistance and heat stability.It is possible to improve application service property of high strength flame retardant polyester industrial yarn by increasing pre-tension.
