静电纺微结构纳米纤维空气过滤膜研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 总结静电纺微结构纳米纤维空气过滤膜的研究现状与发展趋势。介绍了具有纳米蛛网结构、多孔纳米结构、刺状结构、树杈结构以及微凸起结构的静电纺纳米纤维空气过滤膜的制备方法,阐述了纳米纤维膜的微结构特征、特点及过滤性能;分析了各种微结构纳米纤维过滤膜存在的不足,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。认为:静电纺微结构纳米纤维膜提高了比表面积,有利于过滤性能的改善;微结构纳米纤维膜制备工艺需要进行优化,以实现对纳米纤维膜结构的稳定调控,提高微结构制备效率;在纳米纤维膜微结构的基础上进一步改性以赋予多功能性,拓展纳米纤维膜的应用领域。 Recent research status and development trend of electrospinning microstructure nanofiber air filtration film were summarized.Preparation method of electrospinning microstructure nanofiber air filtration film with spider web structure,porous nanostructure,spindle-like structure,tree-like structure and micro bump structure were introduced.Microstructure feature,characteristic and filtraction property of nanofiber film were expounded.Disadvantages exsitted in various microstructure nanofiber air filtration film were analyzed.The future research trend was outlooked.It is considered that electrospinning microstructure nanofiber air filtration film increase specific surface area,which is conducive to the improvement of filtration property.Preparation process of microstructure nanofiber film needs to be optimized,then stable controlling of nanofiber film structure can be achieved and efficiency of microstructure preparation can be improved.On the basis of the nanofiber film microstructure,it is further modified to give versatility and expand the application fields of nanofiber film.
