马来酸曲美布汀结合酪酸梭菌活菌片治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效观察

To Observe the Clinical Efficacy of Trimebutine Maleate Combined With Clostridium Butyricum Tablets in the Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的观察肠易激综合征患者联合使用马来酸曲美布汀与酪酸梭菌活菌片进行治疗的临床效果。方法纳入肠易激综合征患者共182例为本研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=92)与对照组(n=90),所有患者入院后均行基础治疗,对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合酪酸梭菌活菌片进行治疗,观察两组患者临床症状改善情况、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后观察组腹泻、腹痛缓解时间及大便性状恢复时间均显著早于对照组(P<0.01);观察组临床总有效率(90.22%)显著高于对照组(76.67%)(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(5.43%)与对照组不良反应发生率(7.77%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论马来酸曲美布汀与酪酸梭菌活菌片联合用药治疗肠易激综合征能有效缓解患者腹泻、腹痛症状,改善大便性状,临床效果显著,且药物安全性高,可作为临床治疗肠易激综合征的常用治疗方案之一。

Objective To observe the irritable patients with a combination of trimebutine maleate with Clostridium butyricum tablets the clinical effect of treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods in 182 cases as the research object,randomly divided into observation group(n=92)and control group(n=90),were treated with basic treatment in all the patients after admission,the control group treated with trimebutine treatment in the observation group,the control group on the basis of Clostridium butyricum and treatment,the incidence of clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were observed in patients with clinical symptoms.Results After treatment,the recovery time of diarrhea,abdominal pain and recovery time of stool were significantly earlier than the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group(90.22%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(5.43%)between the observation group and the adverse reactions(7.77%)in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of trimebutine maleate and Clostridium butyricum in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome can effectively alleviate the symptoms of diarrhea and abdominal pain,improve stool characteristics,have significant clinical effects,and has high drug safety.It can be used as a clinical treatment.One of the common treatment options for irritable bowel syndrome.
