丁螺环酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效及对患者认知功能、生活质量的影响

Effect of Buspirone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia and Its Influence on Cognitive Function and Quality of Life

目的探讨丁螺环酮对精神分裂症患者的治疗疗效以及对其认知功能、生活质量的影响。方法选取精神分裂症患者146例,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各有患者73例。观察组行丁螺环酮联合利培酮治疗,对照组行常规治疗。观察对比治疗3个月后,两组患者疗效、认知功能、生活质量以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗3个月后,观察组临床治疗的总体有效率为94.52%高于对照组83.56%(P<0.05);观察组治疗3个月后,患者的认知功能评分(CASI)以及生活质量量表得分(SF-36)均高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丁螺环酮能够显著改善精神分裂症患者的认知功能和生活质量,减少患者不良反应发生几率,治疗效果优于常规治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of buspirone on schizophrenia and its influence on cognitive function and quality of life.Methods 146 schizophrenic patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groupsthe observation group and the control group,with 73 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with buspirone combined with risperidone,while the control group was treated with routine treatment.After 3 months of treatment,the efficacy,cognitive function,quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the overall effective rate of the observation group was 94.52%,which was higher than 83.56% of the control group(P<0.05);the cognitive function score(CASI)and quality of life scale score(SF-36)of the observation group were higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05);the adverse reactions of the observation group were not significantly different from those of the control group(P=0.677>0.05).Conclusion Buspirone can significantly improve the cognitive function and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,the treatment effect is better than conventional treatment,worthy of clinical promotion.
