摘要
电解水制氢装置主要产物涉及氢气和氧气,在生产储存过程中存在氢氧互混、氢气和氧气泄漏等危险因素,对整个过程安全控制的要求非常高。本文详细阐述了安全仪表系统安全完整性等级分析技术方法,并在电解水制氢装置上进行应用,以发现安全控制系统存在的薄弱环节,提升电解水制氢装置的安全稳定运行水平。
The main products of the installation of hydrogen gas produced by electrolyzing water involve hydrogen and oxygen. Lots of risk factors exist during the production and storage process, such as intermixing and leakage of hydrogen and oxygen, therefore strict requirements for the safety control of the entire process are needed. This article elaborates on the safety integrity level analysis technology method of the safety instrumented system, and applies it to the installation of hydrogen gas produced by electrolyzing water, in order to find the weak links of the safety control system and improve the safe and stable operation level of the installation.
