摘要
在石油化工生产装置中,为确保生产过程的安全,安全仪表系统成为了必不可少的一部分。本文主要依据SIS项目改造实际情况,探讨了SIS设计原则,安全仪表系统与过程控制系统的区别,着重介绍了浙江中控TCS-900安全仪表系统及SIS系统改造安全仪表功能、联锁旁路、联锁首出、机组控制的实现及改造过程中遇到的一些主要问题。
In order to ensure the safety of the production process, the safety instrument system has become an essential part in the petrochemical production plant. In this paper, based on the SIS project actual situation, discusses the SIS design principle, the difference between the safety instrument system and process control system, introduces the control of TCS-900 zhejiang safety instrument system and SIS system safety instrument function, interlock bypass, interlocking first passage, the realization of the control unit and some of the major problems in the transformation process.
