摘要
目前轨道交通行业内的巡检方式主要是人工巡检,维护人员根据巡检计划对线路和机房设备进行定期的巡检,但是存在人工巡检方式效率低、主观性强、人力成本高等众多局限性,且检查设备数量众多、巡检工作量大、工人工作强度高。由于巡检数据无法进行全面的统计、归类和分析,导致提高运维效率存在很大的局限性。在维护中使用智能巡检机器人系统,为设备维护提供了创新型的技术监测手段,也是维护技术手段发展的趋势。主要研究对跨专业跨线路的巡检机器人进行集中数据存储、集中信息展示和集中机器人管理。
The checking way rail transit industry at present is mainly artificial inspection,maintenance personnel according to the inspection plan of lines and computer room equipment regular inspection,but the low efficiency of manual inspection methods,strong subjectivity and high human cost many limitations,and inspection equipment are numerous high strength,large work volume on inspection,workers work.The inspection data cannot be comprehensively counted,classified,and analyzed.As a result,the efficiency of o&M cannot be improved.The use of intelligent inspection robot system in maintenance provides an innovative technical monitoring method for equipment maintenance,which is also the development trend of maintenance technology.This paper mainly studies the centralized data storage,centralized information display and centralized robot management of cross-professional and cross-line inspection robots.
