摘要
三门核电机组使用西门子超声波液位计测量安全壳地坑中放射性废水的液位。超声波液位计具有测量精度高、安装简便、不接触介质等优点,由于其精度高,难以实现现场校准,根据监督试验1/2-RCS-VT-306要求,每次机组大修均需执行安全壳地坑液位计的通道校准监督试验项目。设计了一种超声波液位计的校准装置,简化了原有方案,具有提高校准精度、降低人员剂量、避免人员及设备沾污、省时省力等优势。
Sanmen nuclear power plant uses Siemens ultrasonic liquid level indicator to measure the level of radioactive waste water in the containment pit.Ultrasonic liquid level indicator has the advantages of high measurement accuracy,easy installation,and non-contact medium,ect.Due to its high accuracy,it is difficult to achieve on-site calibration,according to the requirements of supervised test 1/2-RCSVT-306,each overhaul of the unit shall perform the channel calibration of the liquid level indicators in containment pit.A calibration device of ultrasonic level indicator is designed,which simplifies the original scheme,and has the advantages of improving the calibration accuracy,reducing the dose of staff,avoiding the contamination of staff and equipment,and saving time and effort.
