中穿运营地铁两侧基坑群地铁差异变形控制技术

摘要 近地铁基坑开挖时受开挖卸荷和基坑降水影响,会引起地铁沉降变形,过大的差异变形将导致运营地铁跳轨,严重影响地铁运营安全。通过地铁与基坑的关系、水文地质情况,分析基坑开挖时对地铁的影响,明确地铁差异变形风险,采取坑内外动态控制地下水、限量开挖、堆载反压等技术,有效控制基坑边界地铁隧道及站体与隧道交界处的差异变形,使差异变形处于可控状态,保证地铁运营安全。 In the excavation process of the near subway foundation excavation engineering, the settlement and deformation of the subway will be caused by the excavation unloading and foundation excavation dewatering. There is a great difference between the distance affected by the foundation excavation and the distance between the near and the subway deformation. Excessive difference deformation will lead to the operation of the subway rail jump, seriously affecting the safety of the subway operation.By adopting such technical schemes as dynamic control of underground water inside and outside the excavation, limited excavation, backpressure of surcharge and so on, the differential deformation of the subway tunnel at the boundary of the excavation and the junction of the station body and the tunnel is effectively controlled, and the differential deformation of the subway is controlled to ensure the safety of the subway operation.
