摘要
东升和府10号楼项目中,为研究PC外挂墙板组合系统外墙保温及防水构造的设计及施工技术,从装配式外挂混凝土组合外墙系统特点出发,阐述板分缝的设置原则及尺寸规格要求,介绍外墙系统组合的构造层次及节能参数,根据导水为主、防水为辅、防排结合的防水设防原则,从水平缝和竖直缝的构造处理、窗台节点构造方式、防水密封胶的选择等方面展开论述,最后介绍外挂墙板体系施工要点。通过此项目实践,证明夹心外挂墙板体系能满足保温及防水设计要求,同时具有较高的可实施性和较好的成本控制,有利于装配式建筑的推广应用。
Using the project of Dongsheng Hefu Building No. 10 as an example, this paper studied the design and construction of the external wall thermal insulation and waterproof structure in the PC external wall panel combination system. Based on the characteristics of this external wall system, the principle and size specification requirements of plate joints are introduced, as well as the structural level and energy-saving aspects of the system. Based on the waterproof and fortification principles which set the water diversion as the primary goal and waterproofing as the second, this paper discussed the structural treatment of horizontal and vertical seams, the construction method of window sill joints, the selection of waterproof sealant, as well as the critical construction techniques of external wall panel system. The project proved that the sandwich external wall panel system can meet the requirements of thermal insulation and waterproof design. The associated techniques allow for easy cost management and great practicability, which is advantageous to the promotion and usage of prefabricated structures.
