摘要
为解决低层框架结构构件截面尺寸小、节点钢筋密集、模架搭设多、未发挥装配式施工优势的缺点,以3层别墅建筑为研究对象,进行结构布置、构件深化设计和施工安装试验研究,探索低层框架结构中,对柱-基础、梁-柱节点部位以螺栓连接代替常规湿法连接的可行性,并总结柱基础施工、预制桩安装、叠合梁安装、预制板安装技术。结果表明,螺栓连接技术可大幅降低现场模架搭设和湿作业等劳动量,减少现场工人数量65%,实现3d/层的建造速度。但螺栓连接技术应重视统筹设计、施工一体化,从方案阶段解决构件生产和施工阶段面临的问题。
Components of low-rise concrete frame are characterized by small section size, dense steel reinforcement joints, and heavy workload of scaffold and formwork supporting, which fails to bring into full play the advantages of prefabricated construction. Therefore, by taking a three-floor villa as the object, the structural arrangement, in-depth design of components, construction and installation experiments are conducted, and the feasibility of using bolted joints to replace conventional wet connection in the joint parts of column-foundation and beam-column in the low-rise frame is explored. Technologies of construction of pile foundation, installation of prefabricated piles, installation of prefabricated composite beams, and installation of prefabricated panels are summarized. Results show that by using bolt connection technology, the manual labor caused by formwork erection and wet operation, etc. can be greatly reduced, the number of on-site workers can be reduced by 65%, and a construction speed of 3 days per floor can be realized. However, more attention should be paid to the coordination of integrated design and construction and typical problems in component production and field construction should be solved from the very stage of scheme design when applying bolt connection technology.
