摘要
为解决超高、超大、超跨度及施工周期短的建筑幕墙安全快速安装难题,采用BIM构建模拟和MATHCAD结构计算分析技术,大板块装配式建筑幕墙生产组装技术及装配式幕墙整体提升安装技术,进行理论技术分析。建筑单元幕墙部品工厂工业化生成后,运至施工现场采取机械行车整体滑移提升安装。此项技术在确保施工安全的前提下,实现高效快速绿色智能建造。通过工程实际应用,验证此技术的可行性、合理性与先进性,缩短工期、获得较好收益。
To safely install super-high, super-large and super-span curtain walls in a short period, we used BIM and MATHCAD structural calculation and analysis technology. The overall promotion technology of assembled curtain wall was also used based on the theoretical analysis. After the curtain wall elements of the building unit are created in the factory and brought to the construction site, the entire sliding and lifting technology of mechanical driving was used for the installation. By ensuring construction safety, this technology enables efficient, quick, green, and intelligent construction. The feasibility, logic, and advancement of this technology have been validated by the applications in real projects, allowing the construction period to be shortened with greater benefits.
