摘要
上海图书馆东馆属于上海市重大工程,建筑设计以高大空间为主,结构具有大跨度、大悬挂、大开洞的特点。建筑主要柱网尺寸为16.8m×16.8m,结构四周的大跨外挑区域采用"多层悬挂结构",在屋顶设置双向上翻钢桁架,通过桁架端部的吊柱来传递下方5层悬挂区的荷载。吊柱采用高强钢拉杆,拉杆长度可调节以适应施工误差。设计时需考虑悬挂结构的施工顺序、防连续倒塌、节点构造等问题,针对上述设计难点开展了专项计算分析、试验研究、健康监测等。
Shanghai East Library is a major project in Shanghai. The architectural design is mainly based on tall and large space and the structure has the characteristics of large span, large suspension, and large openings. The main column grid size of the building is 16.8 m×16.8 m. The large-span cantilever area around the structure adopts a "multi-layer suspended structure". A two-way upturned steel truss is installed on the roof, and the load in the cantilever zone of the lower five stories is transferred by the suspension columns at the end of the truss. The suspension columns are made of high-strength steel rods, and the length of the rod can be adjusted to meet the construction error. In the design, the construction sequence, anti-progressive collapse, and joint construction of the suspended structure should be considered. Special calculation and analysis, experimental research, and health monitoring were carried out for the above design difficulties.
