摘要
非溶剂-热致相分离(N-TIPS)法作为一种结合了热致相分离(TIPS)和非溶剂致相分离(NIPS)过程各自优势的聚合物多孔膜制备方法,其制备出的膜具有机械性能优良、孔隙率高等特点,近年来得到了研究者们的重点关注。从N-TIPS方法的提出出发,阐述了N-TIPS法制备聚合物多孔膜的基本原理,综述了近年来N-TIPS法制备不同聚合物多孔膜的研究进展,最后探讨了N-TIPS法面临的挑战,并对其未来应用和发展方向进行了展望。
Combined non-solvent and thermally induced phase separation(N-TIPS)method,as a kind of polymer porous membrane preparation method,incorporates the advantages of both thermally induced phase separation(TIPS)and non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPS).Polymer membranes prepared via N-TIPS method possess the characteristics of excellent mechanical properties and high porosity,thus much research attention has been aroused in recent years.Starting from an introduction of N-TIPS method,firstly the basic principle of polymer porous membrane preparation via N-TIPS method was described,and then the progress of different polymeric porous membrane preparation via N-TIPS method during these years was comprehensively reviewed.Finally current challenges were discussed.The future prospects and further development directions were also proposed.
