摘要
二氧化锡是一种金属氧化物半导体材料,具有良好的电学、光学和化学稳定性能,将其与其他导电材料复合形成复合材料,可以发挥不同材料之间的协同作用,从而使复合材料具有优异的电化学性能和光催化性能,在锂离子电池、光催化材料等领域具有广阔的应用前景。综述了二氧化锡/碳二元或多元纳米复合材料的水热合成方法及其电化学性能、光催化性能研究进展,并展望了二氧化锡/碳纳米复合材料未来的发展前景。
Tin dioxide(SnO;)is a metal oxide semiconductor material with good electrical,optical and chemical stability.It can be compounded with other conductive materials to form composite materials,which could exploit their advantages and synergistic effects between different materials.So the composite materials have excellent electrochemical properties and photocatalytic properties,and wide application prospects in Li-ion battery and photocatalytic materials.The hydrothermal synthesis,electrochemical and photocatalytic properties research progress of SnO;/C binary or multi-component nanocomposites were reviewed,and expected the future research prospects of tin dioxide/carbon nanocomposites.
