摘要
采用原子转移自由基聚合法(ATRP)合成树状型β-环糊精三硬脂酸酯-g-聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(β-CD-3COOC_(17)H_(35)-g-PVP)乳化剂,以硬脂酸和氢氧化钙为原料,制备了乳化剂包覆的自分散硬脂酸钙粉体,进一步加水分散可制得稳定的硬脂酸钙乳液。通过考察反应温度和反应时间对硬脂酸钙粉体中硬脂酸含量的影响,乳化剂用量与乳化分散时搅拌速率对硬脂酸钙乳液性能的影响,对硬脂酸钙及其乳液的制备工艺进行了优化。结果表明:乳化剂用量为4%时,在80℃下反应80min,可制备乳化剂包覆的硬脂酸钙粉体,加水分散制得固含量达50%,黏度为99mPa·s,分散性呈二级的硬脂酸钙乳液。
The self-dispersible calcium stearate power was in situ synthesized by using dendritic(β-cyclodextrin tristearate)-g-poly(vinyl pyrrolidone)(β-CD-3 COOC_(17)H_(35)-g-PVP)emulsifier which was prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP),with stearic acid and calcium hydroxide as raw materials,and stable calcium stearate emulsion was producted by direct addition of water.By investigating the effects of the reaction temperature and time on stearic acid content in calcium stearate powder,and the influence of emulsifier dosage and stirring speed on the performance of calcium stearate emulsion,the preparation process of calcium stearate and its emulsion was optimized.The results showed that calcium stearate powder coated with emulsifier was prepared at 80℃for 80 min with 4%of emulsifier,calcium stearate emulsion was obtained with solid content of about 50%,viscosity of 99 mPa·s and secondary dispersivity after dispersing in water.
