吊索法带电作业在±1100 kV特高压直流输电线路的应用

Application of a live-line operation method using helicopter hoisting in±1100 kV UHV DC transmission lines

直升机带电作业技术因其具有明显的快捷、高效、技术含量高等特点,在输电线路带电检修中具备很大的优势。为保障±1100 kV吉泉线高效运行,提高设备可用率,结合±1100 kV吉泉线现场一处具体缺陷情况,论述应用直升机吊索法进行检修作业,同时分析了直升机吊索法等电位作业侵入路径、带电作业安全距离及其他相关直升机吊索法带电作业关键安全技术措施。通过现场的成功实践应用,证明该作业方法及对应采取的安全措施满足±1100 kV吉泉线带电检修作业要求,为±1100 kV特高压直流输电线路开展直升机带电作业提供了一定的参考和借鉴。

Featuring quickness,high efficiency and high technological content,live-line work conducted by helicopters shows decided superiority in live-line maintenance of transmission lines.To guarantee efficient operation,maintenance means for the±1100 kV Changji-Guquan lines.Based on a defect on±1100 kV Changji-Guquan lines,the paper explores and discusses maintenance operation using helicopter hoisting.Moreover,intrusion path,safety clearance of live-line operation and other key safety and technical measures concerning helicopter hoisting are analyzed.The field application shows that the method and safety measures can fulfil the maintenance requirement of±1100 kV Changji-Guquan lines and can provide a reference for helicopter live-line working on±1100 kV UHVDC transmission lines.
