母猪繁殖性状分子遗传标记研究进展

Advances in molecular genetic markers for reproductive traits in sows

母猪的繁殖性状包括产仔数、初生重、初生窝重、断乳窝重、初产日龄和产仔间隔,其遗传力为0.1左右,属于低遗传力性状。用常规遗传选育方法对低遗传力性状选择难以获得理想遗传进展。将控制经济性状的重要基因或标记用于标记辅助选择能够提高低遗传力性状改良的遗传进展。因此,文章对已经鉴定出的影响母猪繁殖性状的相关基因进行综述,总结了候选基因的多态性对母猪繁殖性状的影响,旨在为后期对母猪繁殖性状的研究提供参考。

Reproductive traits of sows include litter size,newborn weight,newborn litter weight,weaning litter weight,age at first farrowing and farrowing interval.The heritability of sow reproduction traits is about 0.1,which belongs to low heritability traits.It is difficult to obtain desirable genetic progress by conventional genetic selection methods for low heritability traits.Using of important genes or markers controlling economic traits in marker-assisted selection can improve the genetic progress of low heritability traits.Therefore,this article reviewed the identified genes that affect sow reproductive traits and summarized the effects of polymorphisms of candidate genes on sow reproductive traits,aiming to provide a reference for the research on reproductive performance of sows in the future.
