摘要
岩藻多糖(fucoidan)是一种主要从褐藻中提取分离得到的天然活性多糖,由一定比例的L-岩藻糖和其他单糖以及硫酸酯残基组成。岩藻多糖具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗凝血、降血脂以及改善胃肠道功能等多种生物学活性,对动物生产有积极作用。目前,抗生素已被全面禁止作为饲料添加剂在畜禽生产中使用,寻找自然来源的绿色饲料添加剂已经成为畜牧行业研究热点,而岩藻多糖凭借其特有的生物学活性,有望成为潜在的畜牧饲料中优质抗生素替代物。因此,文章综述了岩藻多糖的提取工艺、主要生物学活性及在动物生产中的应用,以期为岩藻多糖进一步在动物安全生产和健康养殖中的应用提供理论依据。
Fucoidan is a natural active polysaccharide extracted and decomposed mainly from brown algae and consists of a certain proportion of L-fucose, other monosaccharides and sulfate residues. Fucoidan has a variety of biological functions such as anti-oxidation, anti-tumor, anti-coagulation, lowering blood lipids, and improving gastrointestinal tract function, which can play a positive role in animal production. At present, antibiotics have been completely prohibited as feed additives in livestock and poultry production. Searching for natural and sustainable green feed additives has become a hot research topic in the livestock industry. With its unique biological activity, fucoidan is expected to be a potential high-quality antibiotic substitution in livestock feed. Therefore, this article reviewed the extraction process, main biological activities and application of fucoidan in animal production, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further application of fucoidan in animal safety production and healthy breeding.
