摘要
为进一步解决去核类食品加工生产的技术难题,设计新型红枣去芯机,以链式气动冲切和干红枣为主。该机具主要是由单机片程序控制,包括辊轮的输送链上料、辊轮夹持链定位、摄像头拍照检测等。机具设计中,对横径、纵径进行了规划,横径的范围20~30 mm,纵径的范围35~45 mm。通过试验设计分析的结果显示,红枣的定位率超过98.3%,去核率超过93.75%,平均破碎率1.46%。该自动化干红枣去核机,能够实现对红枣去核的个体自动定向排布,采用图像检测、机械装置综合技术的方式,可达到精确定位的目的。
In the production and processing of dried jujube,the denucleation of red jujube is an important technology.At present,the application of jujube nucleator has greatly limited the production of dried jujube under the lack of artificial assistance and low automation.In order to further solve the technical problems in the processing and production of denucleated food,a new type of denucleated machine for vegetables and fruits was designed in this study.The machine is mainly composed of chain pneumatic impulse cutting and dry jujube,which is called dry jujube enucleator.The machine is mainly controlled by a single chip program that controls functions such as the feeding of the roller s conveyor chain,the positioning of the roller s clamping chain,and camera photography detection.The transverse and longitudinal diameters are planned in the design of machine tools.The transverse diameters are 20-30 mm,and the longitudinal diameters are 35-45 mm.The experiment design and analysis results showed that the location rate of jujube was over 98.3%,the nucleation rate was over 93.75%,and the average breakage rate was 1.46%.The research results show that the automatic dry jujube coring machine designed in this paper can realize the automatic orientation arrangement of individual coring.The precise positioning can be achieved by using image detection and mechanical device integrated technology.
