Application advances on neuromuscular blocking agents in anesthesia for ambulatory surgery

摘要 日间手术涉及的手术种类越来越多,肌松药是日间手术麻醉中不可或缺的一部分,但是其药效个体差异大且可能导致残余肌松,严重危害日间手术患者的健康。文章综述了临床常用和有应用前景的肌松药、肌松拮抗剂,讨论了不同日间手术对肌松的需求和肌松监测技术,以期为患者提供适宜的肌松管理。 An increasing variety of procedures are performed in ambulatory settings.Neuromuscular blocking is an indispensable part in anesthesia for ambulatory surgery,but their effects are individually different and probably cause postoperatively residual neuromuscular block,which brings substantial danger to the patients.This review aims to estimate both clinically well established and promising neuromuscular blocking agents,to summarize most available and new neuromuscular antagonist,and to discuss individualized optimal extent of relaxation during ambulatory surgery and neuromuscular blockade monitoring technique,so as to ensure proper neuromuscular blockade management.
