艾滋病抗病毒治疗服药依从性研究的热点与前沿

Hotspots and frontiers of HIV medication adherence researches

目的分析国际和国内艾滋病服药依从性领域的研究热点和前沿。方法以Web of Science(WoS)数据库和中国知网(CNKI)数据库为文献来源,运用CiteSpace可视化工具分析发文量、国别、机构与研究核心和前沿。结果共纳入WoS文献5383篇、CNKI文献1098篇。国内研究较国际起步晚,但二者呈现稳步增长的趋势,美国发文量位居首位。研究热点集中在影响因素和干预手段,国际相对国内有更多的特殊人群研究,移动医疗干预和暴露前干预是近年来的研究前沿。结论影响因素、干预措施、青少年和女性等特定人群状况、暴露前干预是艾滋病服药依从性领域内研究的热点和前沿。

Objective To analyze the growing trend,highly-cited journals,countries,institutions,research hotspots,and frontiers in compliance.with the AIDS medication.Methods Articles from 2001 to 2020 were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).In addition,citeSpace software analyzed the trend of amount,countries,institutions,hotspots,and frontiers.Results A total of 5383 articles from WoS and 1098 articles from CNKI were included in this study.The main hotspots focused on influential factors,interventions,and special population groups.Meanwhile,mobile health and pre-exposure prophylaxis(PrEP)was frontier fields.Conclusions Influential factors,interventions,particular populations,and PrEP are the hotspots and frontiers of HIV medication adherence research.
