预制装配式电缆排管地基局部加固方法 被引量:2

摘要 为实现预制装配式电缆排管安装过程中软弱地基的快速化处理,提出了一种在排管连接节点区局部地基加固的方式.根据文克尔模型和复合地基理论,建立了地基局部加固设计方法,利用数值分析对设计方法的合理性进行了验证,并探索了地基加固率和地基模量比对地基性状的影响.研究发现:地基加固率和地基模量比的变化对加固效果均有明显的影响,加固率宜控制在50%以内;荷载分担比可以准确反映加固区与非加固区荷载分担情况;地基局部加固方法可以有效降低排管沉降量,消除因不均匀沉降造成的管体破坏.提出的地基处理方法既能满足工程设计要求,又能实现地基的快速加固,可为软弱土地区装配式排管的推广提供技术支撑和工程参考. To realize the rapid treatment of weak foundation during the installation of prefabricated cable channel,a method of local foundation treatment in the connected region of prefabricated cable channel was presented.According to the Winkle model and composite foundation theory,a design method of local foundation treatment was proposed,and its accuracy was verified by numerical analysis.The effects of the foundation treatment rate and stiffness ratio on the foundation properties were also explored.The results show that the foundation treatment rate and stiffness ratio have both obvious effects on the reinforcement behaviour,and the foundation treatment rate is suggested to be controlled within 50%;the load-sharing ratio can accurately describe the load distribution between the reinforced area and non-reinforced area.The proposed foundation treatment method can effectively reduce the settlement of cable channel and eliminate the damage caused by uneven settlement.The proposed reinforcement method can meet the requirements of engineering design,and realize the rapid foundation treatment,thus providing technical support and reference for the popularization of prefabricated cable channel in soft soil.
