广东罗坑自然保护区鳄蜥生理体温调节能力研究 被引量:2

Physiological Thermoregulation of the Chinese Crocodile Lizard(Shinisaurus crocodilurus)in the Luokeng Nature Reserve,Guangdong

摘要 为进一步探讨鳄蜥(Shinisaurus crocodilurus)的生理性体温调节能力,2018年8月,以广东省罗坑自然保护区鳄蜥研究中心成体饲养池内的鳄蜥为研究对象,探讨鳄蜥在20.0~30.0℃时,调节体温(T_(b))与环境温度(T_(e))的关系。结果表明:以2.5℃梯度变温时,鳄蜥的调节体温与环境温度呈正相关,升温时,T_(b)=0.533 T_(e)+13.084(F_(1,48)=327.65,R^(2)=0.872,P<0.001);降温时,T_(b)=1.150 T_(e)-3.454(F_(1,48)=1476.48,R^(2)=0.969,P<0.001)。降温时,鳄蜥体温与环境温度的相关系数(1.150)大于升温时(0.533)。升温和降温时,鳄蜥热交换的平衡点分别为28.01、23.03℃,环境温度高于或低于平衡点时,鳄蜥的调节体温均低于环境温度。研究表明,降温时,鳄蜥对环境的依赖性更强,生理调节能力较弱。 This study was designed to further understand the physiological thermoregulation ability of Shinisaurus crocodilurus.In August 2018,the static regulation of body temperature of S.crocodilurus at the research center of Luokeng Nature Reserve in Guangdong Province were measured when ambient temperature heating and cooling at the gradient of 2.5℃between 20℃and 30℃.The results showed that:(1)When heating,body temperature of S.crocodilurus was positively correlated with the ambient temperature:T_(b)=0.533 T_(e)+13.084(F_(1,48)=327.65,R^(2)=0.872,P<0.001).(2)When cooling,body temperature of S.crocodilurus was positively correlated with the ambient temperature:T_(b)=1.150 T_(e)-3.454(F_(1,48)=1476.48,R^(2)=0.969,P<0.001).(3)The physiological regulation ability was higher during temperature increasing than that during temperature decreasing.The correlation coefficient between the body temperature of the crocodile lizard and the ambient temperature shows that the cooling(1.150)is greater than the warming(0.533).The equilibrium points of heat exchange in the crocodile lizard was 28.01℃and 23.03℃under heating and cooling respectively.When the ambient temperature is higher or lower than the equilibrium point,body temperature of the crocodile lizard is lower than the ambient temperature.This study shows that when cooling,the crocodile lizard is more dependent on the environment and its physiological regulation is weak.
