新冠肺炎患者病房内新冠病毒污染的物体表面和空气消毒措施及效果

Disinfection measures and effects of SARS-CoV-2 contaminated object surfaces and air in the wards of COVID-19 patients

目的评价新冠肺炎患者病房消毒措施效果。方法参考患者流行病学及核酸样本资料,使用现场物体表面采样法及湿壁气旋采样器对环境样本进行采集,通过荧光定量PCR方法检测病毒核酸。结果日常消毒前,患者的手部及手部触碰物体表面以及卫生间地面水池均发现有SARS-CoV-2阳性样本。日常消毒后患者病房物品表面未发现SARS-CoV-2阳性样本。结论医院日常消毒措施可以达到SARS-CoV-2消毒的效果,提示卫生间环境及患者频繁接触的物品表面是消毒的重点环节,需要引起注意。

Objective To evaluate the effect of disinfection measures in the wards of COVID-19 patients by detection the samples of environment.Methods According to the patients’epidemiology and nucleic acid sample data,the field surface sampling method and wetted-wall cyclone sampler were used to collect environmental samples.SARS-CoV-2 were tested by fluorescence quantitative PCR method.Results Before routine disinfection,SARS-CoV-2 positive samples were found on the patients’hands,the object surfaces touched by patients’hands,and the floor and pool in patients’bathroom.After routine disinfection,no SARS-CoV-2 positive samples were found on the object surfaces in the patient’s ward.Conclusion The routine disinfection measures in hospitals can achieve the disinfection effect on SARS-CoV-2,and it is suggested that the bathroom environment and the object surfaces frequently touched by patients are the key link of disinfection,which need to be paid attention to.
