航空武器装备作战试验标准化工作研究

Research on Airborne Weapon Equipment OTE Standardization

航空武器装备发展的目标是满足实战化要求,作战试验鉴定工作是达到这一目标的必要途径。目前作战试验仍然属于新兴领域,各方面均在逐步完善,尤其是标准化工作方面还有短板,存在标准内容与作战实际需求衔接不够紧密、标准供给主要依赖科研管理部门及武器装备研制单位、部队参与程度低等问题,无法支撑航空武器装备作战试验鉴定工作的开展。针对该问题,本文就航空武器装备作战试验现状及需求展开分析,根据现有的标准化工作模式查找薄弱环节,从作战试验工作模式、涉及单位、关键环节对问题进行定位,提出了标准化工作的改进思路及标准孵化途径,对航空武器装备作战试验标准化工作的开展给出了建议。

OTE is the approach that meets airborne weapon equipment’s requirements for winning a war.All aspects of airborne weapon equipment’s operational test are gradually improving,but it is deficient in standardization.The standardization of airborne weapon equipment’s operational test has many problems,e.g.standard content is not closely connected with operational test steps,standard development mainly relies on production units with very low participation of units of air force.To address these problems,the paper makes the analysis of characteristics of airborne weapon equipment’s operational test,finds the weaknesses of standardization,and puts forward improvement measures and suggestions for airborne weapon equipment operational test standardization.The research results can provide theoretical reference for promoting airborne weapon equipment operational test standardization.
