摘要
随着我国行政体制的改革和深入,在政务服务体系上也开始进行大规模的转型升级,作为行政职能的基础承载,政务服务人员在建设中发挥着重要的作用。而政务服务礼仪是政务服务人员在交往中必须要遵守的行为规范,是维护国家和政府形象的重要措施,政务服务人员必须要加强对政务服务礼仪的学习。本文主要对政务服务礼仪的内涵、发展趋势、培训中存在的问题以及对策进行了详细的分析。
With the reform and deepening of China’s administrative system,the large-scale transformation and upgrading of the government service system has begun.As the basis of the administrative function,government service personnel play an important role in the process.The government service etiquette is a code of conduct that government service personnel must abide by in communication,which is an important measure to maintain the image of the country and the government.Government service personnel must strengthen the study of government service etiquette.This paper mainly analyzes the connotation,development trend and problems of government service etiquette and gives tactics.
