本文从GB/T 37276-2018《养老机构等级划分与评定》国家标准的出台背景着手,分析了目前标准实施的现状。为了更好地贴合地方实际,部分地区在国家标准的基础上,根据地方现状和需求,制定了地方标准。由于等级评定刚刚起步,目前各地在对标准实施的尺度上还存在一定的差异。不同类型的养老机构对医疗需求、康健需求、文化需求、教育需求的深度存在较大差异,标准中部分指标在不同类别养老机构实施较为困难。

Starting from the background of the national standard,GB/T 37276-2018, Classification and accreditation for senior care organization, this paper analyzes the current implementation effect of the standard. In order to respond to local needs, some regions have developed relevant local standard which is more in line with the local condition on the basis of the national standard. As the grade evaluation has just started, the standard implementation effect is different in regions.As different types of senior care centers have different demands, some indicators in the standard need to be improved.
