基于S3000L标准的水陆两栖飞机设计阶段维修性分析技术及应用

摘要 维修性水平是用户最为关心的通用质量特性之一,其直接影响型号的出勤率、维修工作量以及维修成本。本文借鉴国内外维修性、保障性工程理论方法与经验,提出一套基于S3000L《后勤保障分析国际程序规范》标准设计阶段的水陆两栖飞机维修性分析方法,包括维修任务分析和可达性分析流程,并在型号中进行应用验证,实现维修性设计与型号研制同步,从而确保在型号研制早期能及时发现维修性缺陷并改进,以提高整机的维修性水平。 Maintainability level is one of the most concerned general quality characteristics,which directly affects the aircraft attendance,maintenance workload and maintenance cost.This paper uses the domestic and foreign maintainability and supportability engineering theories for reference,and puts forward the amphibious aircraft maintainability analysis method in the design phase based on S3000 L standard,including the maintenance task analysis and reachability analysis process.The method can make application verification in the aircraft to realize the synchronization of maintainability design and aircraft development,and ensure that the maintainability defects can be found in time and improved in the early stage of aircraft design,so as to improve the maintainability level of aircraft.
