摘要
江苏省地方标准DB32/T 4010-2021《食品快速检测工作规范》于2021年4月4日正式实施。该标准对食品快速检测机构在承担市场监管部门下达的各类食品快速检测任务作出了明确要求,规范了快检机构的工作流程,推动了快速检测技术在食品安全监管体系中的应用。
The local standard of Jiangsu province,DB 32/T 4010-2021,Regulations of food rapid determination,was officially implemented on April 4,2021.The standard makes clear requirements for food rapid detection institutions to carry out various food rapid detection tasks issued by market supervision departments,provides standardized work flow of rapid detection institutions,and promotes the application of rapid detection technology in food safety supervision system.
