摘要
目的:对添加不同浓度不同种类抑菌剂的十批次葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液抑菌效力进行探究,测出符合抑菌要求的最低抑菌剂浓度。方法:对葡萄糖酸钙口服溶液中苯甲酸钠和羟苯乙酯两种添加剂不同浓度的抑菌效果进行考察,筛选出抑菌剂的合理加入量,选择有代表性的微生物加入供试品中进行抑菌试验,测出微生物在不同时间段的存活情况。结果:对于细菌类抑菌效果两种抑菌剂不同浓度的抑菌效果均良好;由真菌类细菌判定标准来看,羟苯乙酯的整体抑菌效果优于苯甲酸钠,0.025%为两种抑菌剂的最低有效量。
Objective:To investigate the bacteriostatic effect of ten batches of calcium and zinc gluconate oral solutions with different concentrations and different kinds of bacteriostatic agents,and to determine the minimum concentration of bacteriostatic agents meeting the requirements of bacteriostatic agents.Methods:The bacteriostatic effects of sodium benzoate and ethyl hydroxybenzoate in different concentrations in calcium gluconate oral solution were investigated,and the reasonable amount of bacteriostatic agent was screened out.Representative microorganisms were selected to be added into the samples for bacteriostatic test,and the survival conditions of microorganisms in different time periods were measured.Results:The bacteriostatic effect of different concentrations of two kinds of bacteriostatic agents were good.According to the criteria of fungal bacteria,the overall antibacterial effect of ethyl hydroxybenzoate was better than that of sodium benzoate,and 0.025%was the lowest effective amount of the two antibacterial agents.
