2020年四川省泸县成人超重和肥胖流行特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics of overweight and obesity among adults in Luxian County of Sichuan Province 2020

目的了解泸县成人超重和肥胖流行特征,为政府制定防治策略提供参考依据。方法2020年,采用多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,搜集居民的基本信息、身高和体重等体格检查结果,计算BMI,获得居民的超重率和肥胖率,率之间的比较采用χ^(2)检验,以α=0.05为检验水准。结果泸县成人超重率为31.51%,肥胖率为11.29%,男女超重率分别为29.56%、33.15%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.68,P=0.001)。男女肥胖率分别为8.37%、13.75%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=51.77,P<0.001)。调查显示35~64岁年龄组超重率和肥胖率均最高(χ^(2)分别为25.04、43.12,P均<0.001),文化程度越高,超重率和肥胖率越低,(χ^(2)分别为11.22、16.90,P分别为0.047、0.023)。结论泸县成人超重率和肥胖率均较高,且不同特征人群存在差异,应针对不同特征人群开展超重和肥胖防控工作。

Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of overweight and obesity among adults in Luxian county,and to provide reference for the government to formulate prevention and control strategies.Methods In 2020,the basic information,height,weight and other physical examination results of 7236 residents were obtained by multi-stage cluster random sampling method.BMI was calculated to obtain the overweight rate and obesity rate of residents.The comparison between different rates was carried out byχ^(2)test,α=0.05 was the test level.Results The overweight rate of adults in Luxian county was 31.51%,the obesity rate was 11.29%,and the overweight rates of men and women were 29.56%and 33.15%respectively,the differences was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.68,P=0.001).The obesity rates of men and women were 8.37%and 13.75%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=51.77,P<0.001).The survey shows that the overweight rate and obesity rate in the age group of 35~64 were the highest(χ^(2)=25.04,43.12 respectively;P=0.000,0.000 respectively).The higher the education level,the lower the overweight rate and obesity rate(χ^(2)=11.22,16.90 respectively,P=0.047,0.023respectively).Conclusions The overweight and obesity rates of adults in Luxian county are high,and there are differences among different characteristic populations.The prevention and control of overweight and obesity should be carried out according to different characteristic populations.
