摘要
目的:评价糖尿病肾病中健脾益气解毒活血法对相关炎症因子和微量白蛋白产生的影响。方法:选取2018年7月—2020年4月治疗的80例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为甲组和乙组,各40例。乙组常规西医治疗,甲组在乙组基础上加健脾益气解毒活血法治疗,对两组的炎症因子、24h尿蛋白定量、24h尿微量白蛋白、疗效进行比较。结果:甲组超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子α、单核细胞去化因子1都小于乙组(P<0.05);甲组24h尿蛋白定量、24h尿微量白蛋白都小于乙组(P<0.05);甲组治疗总有效率高于乙组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病肾病实施健脾益气解毒活血法治疗可提高疗效,并可改善24h尿蛋白定量、24h尿微量白蛋白以及相关炎症因子水平。
Objective:To observe the effects of spleen-invigorating,qi-relieving,detoxifying and blood-activating methods on the production of related inflammatory factors and trace albumin in patients with diabetic nephropathy Methods:80 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated from July 2018 to April 2020 were divided into groups(random number table method)and divided into group A and group B,with 40 patients in each group.Among them,group B was treated with conventional Western medicine,while group A was treated on the basis of group B with spleen-invigorating,qi-relieving,detoxifying and blood-activating methods.The inflammatory factors,24h urine protein quantitation,24h urine microalbumin,and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After the implementation of different treatment interventions,the hypersensitivity C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor alpha,and monocyte degeneration factor 1 in group A were all less than those in group B(P<0.05).The protein was less than group B(P<0.05),the total effective rate of treatment in group A was greater than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with diabetic nephropathy,the treatment of strengthening the spleen,invigorating qi,detoxifying and promoting blood circulation can improve the curative effect and improve the 24h urine protein quantitation,24h urine microalbumin and related inflammatory factor levels.
