中药治疗高血压远期疗效研究进展

Observation on the long-term curative effect of Traditional Chinese medicine on hypertension

高血压作为临床常见的慢性病,如果不严格控制,很容易对心、脑、肾等重要靶器官造成损害。研究表明,中药治疗高血压具有降压平和稳定、多靶点调节、毒副作用小等优点,降压疗效现已被越来越多的人接受,本文通过搜集、整理相关文献,阐明中药治疗高血压的具体作用表现形式,并对中药治疗高血压的远期疗效进行观察、总结。结果显示,中药治疗高血压除短期见效外,亦能取得较好的远期效果,主要体现在降低潜在危险因素指标、预防治疗并发症、改善体质与生活质量等方面。

Hypertension is a common chronic disease in clinic,if it is not strictly controlled and it is easy to cause damage to the heart,brain,kidney and other important target organs.Studies have shown that,compared with western medicines,Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of mild and stable blood pressure lowering,multi-target regulation,small toxic and side effects,etc,and its short-term blood pressure lowering efficacy has been accepted by more and more people.However,at the same time,traditional Chinese medicine also has some shortcomings.Such as slowonset,inconvenient medication,lack of a large number of clinica long-term efficacy evaluation system,etc.By collecting and sorting out relevant literature,this paper aims to clarify the specific manifestations of TCM in the treatment of hypertension,and to observe and summarize the long-term efficacy of TCM in the treatment of hypertension.The results showed that in addition to short-term effects.TCM could achieve good long-term effects in the treatment of hypertension,which mainly reflected the reduction of potential risk factors,prevention of treatment complications,and improvement of patients'physical condition and quality of life.
