传统针法治疗原发性痛经的临床研究概况

General Situation of Clinical Research on Traditional AcupunctureinTreatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea

通过查阅相关文献,从郑氏针法、《金针赋》针法、《内经》针法3个方面对原发性痛经的临床研究进行总结,发现目前存在疗效评判标准不一、病例筛选不严格、样本量较小、随访体系缺乏等方面的不足。今后的研究应注重解决上述问题,才能更好的发挥传统针法的治疗效果,提高临床疗效。

This paper summarized the clinical research of primary dysmenorrhea from three aspects including ZHENG’sneedling method, needling in Jin Zhen Fu and the needling method in Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor by consulting relevant literature.It is found that there are some shortcomings, suchas differentevaluation criteria of curative effect, not strict case screening, small sample size and lack of follow-up system.Future research should focus on solving the above problemsin order to better play the therapeutic effect of traditional acupuncture and improve clinical efficacy.
