中医外治法治疗慢性心力衰竭的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine External Treatment for Chronic Heart Failure

慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure, CHF)是21世纪心血管领域的重大挑战,其患病率居高不下,越来越受到人类重视,其并发症也威胁着广大患者的生活质量。西医药在慢性心力衰竭的临床治疗上充当着重要角色,其临床疗效显著,但不良反应不容忽视。中医作为祖国传统医学,在慢性心力衰竭的治疗上拥有独特疗法,尤其中医外治法凭借其操作简单,安全性高,不良反应小,价格低廉,疗效明显而吸引了越来越多的患者。文章针对中医外治法治疗慢性心衰进行综述,论述其优缺点及临床应用性等,为今后慢性心力衰竭的临床治疗提供更多依据。

Chronic heart failure(CHF) is a major challenge in the cardiovascular field in the 21st century. The prevalence of chronic heart failure is high and it has attracted more and more attention from human beings. Its complications also threaten the quality of life in the majority of patients.Western medicine plays an important role in clinical treatment of chronic heart failure and its clinical effect is remarkable, but the side effects can not be ignored. As a traditionalmedicine, traditional Chinese medicine has a unique therapy in the treatment of chronic heart failure. In particular, the external treatment method has attracted more and more patients because of its simple operation, high safety, fewside effects, low price and obvious curative effect. In this article,the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic heart failure was summarized. In addition,its advantages,disadvantages and clinical application were discussed to provide more basis for clinical treatment of chronic heart failure in the future.
