补中益气汤联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性便秘的临床疗效及对复发率的影响

Clinical Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤)plus Acupoint Application on Chronic Constipation and Its Influence on Recurrence Rate

目的探讨补中益气汤联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性便秘的临床疗效及对复发率的影响。方法选取74例医院2019年10月—2020年11月收治的慢性便秘患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组37例和研究组37例,对照组予常规西药联合穴位贴敷治疗,研究组予以补中益气汤联合穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、排便中医证候评分、胃肠功能指标、不良反应及复发率。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前的排便速度、排便时间、粪便性质及排便难度等中医证候评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗后的排便速度、排便时间、粪便性质及排便难度等中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前的生长抑素、胃泌素、胃动素等肠胃功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗后的生长抑素、胃泌素、胃动素等胃肠功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率及复发率均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗慢性便秘的过程中选择补中益气汤联合穴位贴敷的治疗方案,可促使治疗效果得到进一步优化,促进患者胃肠功能得到更明显改善,进而有效缓解便秘,且该治疗方案复发率低,不良反应少,具有很高安全性,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤)plus Acupoint Application in the treatment of chronic constipation and its influence on the recurrence rate.Methods 74 patients with chronic constipation in our hospital from October 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group(n=37)and study group(n=37).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and acupoint application,while the study group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and acupoint application.The total effective rate,defecation TCM syndrome score,gastrointestinal function index,adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(97.30%)was higher than that of the control group(83.78%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in defecation speed,defecation time,stool nature and defecation difficulty between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of defecation speed,defecation time,stool nature and defecation difficulty in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in somatostatin,gastrin,motilin and other gastrointestinal function indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the gastrointestinal function indexes such as somatostatin,gastrin and motilin in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment of chronic constipation,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction+acupoint application can further optimize the treatment effect,promote the gastrointestinal function of patients to be more significantly improved,and then effectively relieve constipation,and the treatment scheme has low recurrence rate,less adverse reactions,and high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
