清肺消瘤汤内服联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的作用探究

Study on the Effect of oral Administration of Qingfei Xiaoliu Decoction(清肺消瘤汤)combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨在临床治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的过程中应用清肺消瘤汤内服联合化疗的疗效。方法研究样本为2019年8月—2020年8月间在我院接受治疗的中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者共100例,对其随机分组为观察组与对照组各50例,对照组患者仅采用化疗方案进行治疗,观察组患者则在化疗治疗的基础上加以清肺消瘤汤中医治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的肿瘤有效直径、CT灌注参数变化,评价并比较两组患者的临床治疗有效性差异。结果治疗后,两组患者的肿瘤有效直径均较治疗前明显减小且观察组显著小于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的BF、PS水平较治疗前均降低,且观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的BV水平较治疗前降低、MMT则较治疗前升高,且观察组均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的过程中,在常规的化疗治疗中加以中医清肺消瘤汤进行治疗,有助于进一步提高临床治疗有效性,利于缩小肿瘤体积并改善肿瘤血管功能,值得在临床推广与进一步研究。

Objective To investigate the effect of oral administration of Qingfei Xiaoliu Decoction(清肺消瘤汤)combined with chemotherapy in the clinical treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The study samples were 100 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who were treated in our hospital between August 2019 and August 2020.They were randomly divided into an investigation group and a reference group,each with 50 cases.For patients in the reference group Only the chemotherapy regimen was used for treatment,and the patients in the study group were treated with Qingfei Xiaoliu Decoction on the basis of chemotherapy.The effective tumor diameter and CT perfusion parameters of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the two groups were evaluated and compared.Differences in clinical treatment effectiveness.Results After treatment,the effective tumor diameters of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced compared to before treatment,and the study group was significantly smaller than the reference group(P<0.05).The BF and PS levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was both Significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05);BV levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and MMT was higher than before treatment,and the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,the treatment of TCM Qingfei Xiaoliu Decoction in the conventional chemotherapy treatment will help to further improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment,reduce tumor volume and improve tumor vascular function It is worthy of clinical promotion and further research.
