超早期中医护理在ICU老年重症患者中的应用

Effect Evaluation of SuperEarly Traditional ChineseMedicineNursing in ICU Middle Aged and Elderly Patients withsevere Diseases

目的探讨超早期中医护理在ICU中老年重症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2019年9月医院收治的ICU中老年重症患者72例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将入组患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用超早期中医护理。两组患者干预7 d后,评价两组焦虑抑郁程度、护理相关并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组SDS及SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组护理相关并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分为(93.21±3.24)分,高于对照组的(84.33±4.21)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.029,P<0.01)。结论超早期中医护理能够改善ICU中老年重症患者不良情绪,降低护理并发症,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effects of superearly traditional Chinesemedicinenursingin ICU middle aged and elderly patients withsevere diseases. Methods A total of 72 middle aged and elderlypatients withsevere diseases from January to September in 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 36 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care, and those in the observation group received super early traditional Chinesemedicinenursing on the basis of the control group. The degree of anxiety and depression, incidence of nursing related complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated after 7 d of intervention.Results After the intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 01). The incidence of nursing related complications in the observation group which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0. 05). The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was(93. 21 ± 3. 24) points,which was higher than(84. 33 ± 4. 21) points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t = 10. 029,P < 0. 01). Conclusion The application of superearly traditional Chinesemedicinenursing in middle aged and elderly patients withsevere diseases can significantly improve negative emotion,reduce nursing complications and improve nursing satisfaction,worthy of clinical application.
