五加生化胶囊联合米非司酮治疗人工流产不全临床观察

Effect of Mifepristone Combined with Wujia Shenghua Capsuleon Induced Abortion Insufficiency

目的研究分析米非司酮联合五加生化胶囊治疗人工流产不全的效果与价值。方法按照纳入排除标准选取2018年10月—2020年10月医院收治的人工流产不全患者80例,按照双盲法分组分为两组,对照组40例接受米非司酮单一药物治疗,视情况实施二次清宫治疗。实验组40例患者接受接受米非司酮联合生化胶囊进行治疗,对比两组患者的阴道出血时间、治疗有效率、月经复潮时间、尿HCG转阴时间(采用人体HCG检测分析)、治疗后生活质量(采用SF-36生活质量量表进行分析)。结果不同药物方案实施后,实验组患者阴道出血时间及尿HCG转阴时间、月经复潮时间明显缩短,治疗显效率明显及治疗后生活质量(SF-36量表评分)明显提高,治疗有效率及月经恢复情况改善明显,对比对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对人工流产患者采用米非司酮联合五加生化胶囊治疗之后,患者症状明显改善,月经复潮时间及尿HCG时间、阴道出血时间明显缩短,月经情况明显改善,疾病治疗有效率及生活质量明显提高,综合对比常规治疗方式米非司酮联合五加生化胶囊治疗有效率更高,临床治疗效果极好,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the effect and value of mifepristone combined with Wujia Shenghua Capsule in the treatment of induced abortion. Methods According to the exclusion criteria, 80 patients with incomplete induced abortion were selected from October 2018 to October 2020 and divided into two groups according to the double-blind method. Forty cases in the control group received mifepristone single drug treatment, and the second palace clearing treatment was implemented according to the situation. The other 40 patients in the experimental group were treated with mifepristone combined with Wujia Shenghua Capsule. The vaginal bleeding time,treatment efficiency,menstrual rehydration time,urinary HCG negative time(analyzed byhuman hC G) and quality of life after treatment(analyzed by SF-36 quality of life scale) were compared between the two groups. Results The vaginal bleeding time,urine HCG turning time and menstruation time were shortened. The effective rate of treatment and quality of life after treatment(SF-36 scale score) were significantly improved. The effective rates of treatment and menstrual recovery were significantly improved(P < 0. 05). Conclusion After treatment with mifepristone combined with Wujia Shenghua Capsule,the symptoms of induced abortion patients were obviously improved. The time of menstruation,urine HCG and vaginal bleeding was shortened. The menstrual condition was obviously improved and the effective rate and quality of life were improved.
