摘要 酒制是中药炮制工艺的常用方法之一,目前关于中药酒制的研究较多,但如何阐明中药酒制的炮制机制并制定相应的工艺标准和质量标准仍是亟须解决的关键问题。回顾中药酒制近10年来的相关研究,介绍"酒制升提"理论的学术探讨,归纳酒制工艺和酒制中药类饮片的质量标准研究。在分析从物质基础和作用机制研究中药酒制炮制机制的同时,强调了研究过程中存在的实验操作不规范、缺乏中医药研究思维等关键问题,并提出肠道微生物群及其代谢物应与其相表里脏腑进行关联研究的解决思路,以期推动中药酒制的现代化研究。 Wine processing is one of the common methods of Chinese medicine processing technology.At present,there are many researches on Chinese medicine wine processing,but how to clarify the processing mechanism of Chinese medicine wine processing and formulate corresponding process standards and quality standards is still a key issue that needs to be solved urgently.We reviewed the related research of Chinese medicine wine processing in the past 10 years,introduced the academic discussion on the theory that"wine processing could promote efficacy",and summarized the research on the wine processing process and the quality standard of Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces.While analyzing the mechanism of Chinese medicine wine processing from the perspective of material basis and mechanism of drug action,we also emphasized the key issues such as irregular experimental operation and lack of thinking of Chinese medicine research in the research process,and proposed that the intestinal microbiota and its metabolites should be related to the internal and external organs,with a view to promoting the modernization of Chinese medicine wine processing.
